To be honest i wonder why people ask God to help them in the comments instead of praying as if He reads them …have a secret place where you talk to God…we are the ones reading your prayer comments
Not just everyone should meditate: believers still feeding in milk should not meditate deeply. Meditation connects the person to the spirit realm where there are evil and good spirits. It takes spiritual dexterity to connect to the right spirits.
