Sharing the responsibilities is good but working outside the home for women is not God's design. If her husband can take on the whole full responsibility of working for their home and life together, it would be good. Then she'll have time to cook his meals and find them ready when he comes home. As women, the home is God's principle place of work for us. I understand that many Christians disagree with God on this but it's what it is, we can't change it. If we want our marriages to work and be blessed, gender roles have to be understood God's way irrespective of economics, inflation and popular culture etc.
