  1. VERY IMPACTFUL INDEED!

β€’ You don't enter into marriage seeking love, you enter full of love.

β€’ You enter into marriage for what you'll give not what you'll get.

β€’ A real marriage is made up of two givers not two getters.

β€’ Marriage always breaks because of selfishness not selflessness.

β€’ Men are lying with their mouth and women are lying with their looks because of pressure.

β€’ Attractiveness doesn't end with finding a spouse, it continues in marriage.

β€’ Singleness is a gift, enjoy it.

β€’ Use your sngle years to prepare for your life and not just for marriage.

β€’ There's no casual sex; casual sex always has casualties.

β€’ Marriage is a covenant not a contract. Our covenant with God is linked to our covenant with our spouse.

β€’ In contract you protect your own interest but in covenant you protect the interest of the other.

β€’ Have those difficult conversations, it keeps the marriage going.

β€’ There's no trust in contract but in covenant there's trust – you enter into contract with someone you don't trust while you enter into covenant with someone you trust.

β€’ In a contract there's limited sharing, in a covenant there's unlimited sharing.

β€’ Love does not always agree. You must learn how to have opposing views without being an opponent.

β€’ A contract is signed by ink while a covenant is signed by blood.

β€’ In a contract the two parties are seen as two different individuals but in a covenant the two individuals are one.

β€’ A contract is breakable while a covenant is unbreakable.

β€’ In a contract, the law is the witness and enforcer but in a covenant God is the witness and the enforcer.

    Thank you Pastor K & M!❀
    I learnt a whole lot.
