I hate that stuff like mad i hate that stuff if u did it ur self doing 8 minutes of plank,440 crunches, 135 leg raises, 140 reverse crunches, 6 min Scissors, 440 push-ups, 80 push-ups on knuckles, reverse and regular crunches mixed together 7x of 15 seconds, 50 more crunches and last is 25 explosive push-ups

    Every 35 minutes clock timer on phone

    That’s why I tried to do and it was pain so no Never I don’t love it and I will not love I hate it way much more u think
