I love this movie. The way the children tried to help out is admirable. It's not enough to say we believe in God (which is the first step),but putting our faith in action counts the most. This is what we need to teach our children. A part of Matthew 22:37-40 is mentioned in this story. When we put these words in action,then we'll truly know God. The song written is a song I grew up singing in church,my mom taught me the words to sing from memory.

God's love is truely indescribable but "indescribable" is a description, when the mind is still.. Be still and know God. When Blynn didn't pay attention to Fern walking off the road his mind was occupied by the devil and strayed from God and it lead to disaster. God's way is a guiding light that keeps us on a narrow path if we choose to follow it, away from suffering.

The hierarchy of the Catholic Church as a whole condemned the persecution of the Jews in the regions affected, and the bishops of Mainz, Speyer, and Worms had attempted to protect the Jews of those towns within the walls of their palaces.
