    ‭‭Romans‬ ‭12‬:‭1‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Beloved, purity is a MUST! As belivers (male or female) we must do all we can to remain pure. Avoid situations that would compromise your stand with God. Not everything that starts innocently will remain innocent if boundaries are not in place.

The moment you realise your heart is getting involved, don’t pretend you don’t see it. Take a step back. Create boundaries. Don’t keep feeding feelings you know can lead somewhere dangerous.

Not everyone who knows the scriptures will live by them, and not everyone who sounds spiritual should have unrestricted access to you. A person can know scripture, quote scripture, and still misuse scripture to manipulate others. Never allow someone’s position, knowledge, or spirituality to silence your discernment or your knowledge of the Word of God.

Also, never let anybody use Scripture to make you comfortable with what God is convicting you about. Grace is never an excuse to continue in SIN!!! 📌

GOD BLESS YOU DEAR ASCENSION FAMILY! WE LOVE AND APPRECIATE YOU GREATLY. 🩵💜💚

  2. He should've had a female minister mentor her. He shouldn't have started talking to her on the phone. Plus when he called and they started talking about their personal day, the line was crossed then. When they put up their notes and bibles up and had casual conversation the boundary was crossed. This is why the pastor needs assistance with teachings, bible study and other trainings. There must be a way fhat a leader isnt too accessible Especially if he's single.

  3. Strategically positioning yourself for a guy to see you isn't wisdom. If he can't see you on his own, he was never meant to. You can't force any guy to notice you. If it's not organic, you'll only be disappointed.

  4. Mr Kevin the conquerer😂😂😂😂 you went through all the department and you conquered them😂😂😂

    Sisters be wise oooo
It's good we define relationship oo
    Let mentorship be strictly mentorship
Let friendship be strictly friendship and what have you… And also boundaries are very important too.
    God bless you ma
    Love you plenty 😘

  5. But how does someone come to church for the first time and you already decide to mentor her?

At least, let her go through foundation school first, let's know how to go from there if she's consistent with foundation school.
Then you can consider a personal mentorship.

But even at that, does it have to be you? Why can't a female mentor her. This thing erh. The anointing is attractive so anything that will cause trouble should be avoided.

    I've been there before…

  6. Sister Beatrice, I understand you want to grow. But there's something called passion management.

Sometimes, it pays to stop and ask where this passion is headed.

Passion can be misleading if it's misguided.

    It is well.

  7. Rule no.1; avoid late night conversations with opposite sex, most especially if you're not in a relationship, they create unnecessary attachments. Have boundaries in place
    2. Don't run your life on assumptions, until the relationship is defined, there's no love, connection or anything you could call it 😂😂😂😂
    3. Fall in love with your heart and make decisions with the discernment of the Holy Spirit, that response after "so we are many" was a major red flag.

  8. Heavenly Father, please deliver gullible sisters like Beatrice from "conquerors" like Minister Kelvin in the church. 🙏🏻

I knew from the look he gave her after their first conversation that he was a wolf in sheep's clothing. He knew what he was doing all along. Chai! Beatrice was just too gullible, sha… she just kept building an emotional connection with their endless private bible study sessions. I have never been a fan of this kind of mentor-mentee relationship with the opposite gender.

We as believers must remain discerning and sensitive…meeting someone in church is not a guarantee that they have a relationship with Christ!

Thank you, Mama Ascension, for this powerful and educational movie. God bless you, ma 🙏🏻❤.

Beatrice is so beautiful and soft-spoken…I really love how gently she speaks😊

  9. 38:30 This ties with the sermon preached today at my church concerning David's affair with Bethsheba, as her friend said it didn't start that day, it started much earlier. Lust bears sins, and it has a gestation period, after which lust manifest as sin. Abort before it concieves as someone said lust is an allowed and acceptable abortion that needs to happen before it is concieves sin

  10. Lord, please continue to bless this ministry. Great work as usual!!

I was yelling at the screen when Beatrice and Minister Kelvin first hugged. I was like Nooooooooooooooooooo don't do it because I felt Minister Kelvin was being slick lol

  11. I’m not going to act like one quiz suddenly fixed my entire life, because it didn’t. But after years of trying random manifestation techniques, Sara Rivers arche type quiz was the first thing that gave me an approach that actually felt suited to me. My result made a lot of things click. If you feel like you’re constantly guessing, try it. It’s free anyway.

Every relationship needs wisdom. Such a powerful line!

I genuinely felt bad for Beatrice because her desire to grow was sincere. But with the opposite sex, emotions can easily be stirred through commitment, presence, proximity and constant communication.

And for mentors/leaders, mentees can sometimes become attracted to what they see in you. It’s common, but this is where wisdom and integrity matter. Some genuinely come seeking growth, but along the way, they begin to catch feelings instead of catching insights. The responsibility is to help keep them on the right track, not prey on their vulnerability.

When feelings begin to develop, accountability is important. Bring things into the light and let wisdom guide your actions.

    Discernment is key. Wisdom preserves.

    Beautiful work Ascension Studios!
A lot to learn from this.

  13. “Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.” Prov 4. Spiritual activities (praying, word study etc) can be deeply intimate, making feelings develop. Boundaries are a safeguard.
