  2. Watching this speaks volumes, especially to those who are striving for visibility at all costs within the Kingdom enterprise.

The first truth that gripped my heart is this: while constancy in prayer is non-negotiable, prayer can unfortunately be channeled in the wrong direction. Rev. Yomi stands as an ardent prayer warrior, yet his pursuit is largely driven by the desire to “blow” — to gain recognition and advertise his ministerial enterprise. Though this motive is flawed, there is still an advantage: he never abandons the altar.

Whether our reasons are perfectly aligned or not, sustained communion creates room for divine interruption. God reaches out to him through visions, through his wife, and through the timely message of Evang Mike Bamiloye. I interpret these moments as clear expressions of mercy, heaven’s way of rescuing a man before ambition consumes his assignment.

Despite his arrogance, he remained at the place of prayer. That alone reveals mercy actively working in his life.

Sadly, what many kingdom functionaries do when their ministry enterprise seems unproductive is to seek alternatives, strategies that promise rapid expansion but ultimately lead into error, compromise, and even apostasy.

This movie is a solemn reminder that the authenticity of our calling must never be traded for visibility.

“I have vowed, even when it is uncomfortable to my flesh, to choose Your way, Holy Ghost.”

May our enterprises be Spirit-governed, our motives purified, and our assignments preserved.

  5. Oh my goodness, the words of pastor Yomi' wife are fire and deep. What a Godly and spirit filled woman. This movie is must watch for all church leaders, their wives and followers.
