our school had a basketball competition so i got a chance in it . In the fear of the crowd i got scared and i said i will not try to basket . end of story : we lost 😉
This why I make myself deaf 🤣 really stress and pressure could lead to death. When did I believe that? When my heart beats fast and I stop feeling my legs🥲 what I do under this pressure is saying to myself as A STUDENT “ you’re doing this for yourself not them, it’s about you not them” actually there were times when I say the WRONG answer in the classes and there’s the girl who laugh on me, since I experienced this in high school and I was always angry about it, now in college I just make as many mistakes and let them laugh as much as they want since “learning” is what I’m doing. Now I’m satisfied
This is exactly what makes me break at work. So to get better, I need to practice under pressure with an end goal…. I forget the rest, but I'll start there
