If not, how do you get around getting copyright strikes using it. I've heard as long as it's under 30 seconds you're okay.

I’m a media makeup artist and I started building my portfolio by working in short films for free, it wasn’t fun having to work 12hrs a day and zero pay, but it I had to do it in order to be able to show larger production companies my work, it was exhausting but totally worth it.
