Turns out I’m willing to get to the place where I reap the benefits of being a leader, but I don’t want to pay the full cost to be one. Shame on me and may the Lord forgive me for misusing his gifts. This gave me sober clarity on what God requires of me, and it is HEAVY. But I know where my strength comes from. And I plan to be a better leader for my family, and to those God has called me to shepherd. Thank you for this.
recently I've been put in such a position where I want to and will lead my friend out of his breakup and now he has been on the fence for long, it is time for him to be home with his Father. If it's God's will for me to be a leader even though I don't have an idea how to be one… I will accept it. I put my whole trust in Him. Thank you so much for this. It lead me into tears because I'm wondering if I could possibly lead my fellow youth. But, I know everything is possible with God. If we truly serve God, we also need to lead other people to come closer to Him and to truly get to know Him and the Gospel. I pray that no matter how difficult it is, I'll always come back to that one reason why I should lead others, and that is to share them the Gospel and the truth about our Lord Jesus Christ. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
Jesus is always leading me 24/7. His leadership makes me learn His ways in everything the day throws at me. It was not there by accident but is there to make me stronger. I am a retired army veteran and rose in the rank from Private to Major. I had the blessing to lead soldiers in combat and peacetime. Both require good leadership skills. The bible shows us many qualities of good and bad leaders. Learn from it to lead.

I am involved with the youth at our church and sometimes I really lack the motivation. This video really motivates me to continue to be a leader and person that God want me to be.
What if someone’s a drunk an and atheist an they hate life but you can see they could be a good person and how do you get better at not passing judgement and not feeding into others view of someone especially in an moment the person may have made you upset or is making your job harder I’m trying really hard to live by love your enemy an pray for those who persecute you I try to help this guy but I feel like he’s so far in denial he can’t be help but I know that’s not true I was worse then he was an I got better but how do I transport that to be helping him

This is an older video, but more relevant than ever, thank you impact ministries, I’m leading a VBS for the first time next year, I just got told this by my Senior Pastor, I sometimes have fear due to my lack of experience, but you reminded me I can turn to the Gospels, and the disciples wise words. I will focus will all I have on Jesus and being sure I live a life that reflects him. Also please pray that I do a good job in leading kids closer to Jesus, thank you 😊

For a long time I pretty much put leading off to the side because I didn't feel ready, now I think I am getting there. I am sure God wanted me to become a leader when I was in my late teens, but like Moses I was stubborn about not being a leader.
