Wow, this movie was the perfect example of how low the church has fallen from holiness to worldliness. The church has not converted the world but the world has converted the church. That guy was talking so vulgar to her in the church. They were dressed so flashy and worldly like they were going to a party, but not modest. Today's church dresses like the world, lives like the world, talks like the world, loves the things of the world. Churches want worship without obedience!!
She was supposed to be a Christian, yet lived in her boyfriend's place. Full of immorality. No holiness. The women were so loud, no meekness or humility. These people did not represent Christ, but reflected the immoral condition of the world. They claim to be Christians, but deny Christ by their profane words and unholy actions. If they don't repent, Jesus will say, "Depart from me, I never knew you, you worker of iniquity/sin." I pray the spirit of repentance will come to the church.
The Holy Bible says, "Flee fornication and fornicators will be lost in hell." This movie made me want to cry due to immorality, flashy jewelry, and lack of TRUE HOLINESS. The Holy bible says to be separate from the world, but these characters were so much LIKE THE WORLD! Don't have a clue as to what true Christianity is all about. However, she did have a beautiful voice. They want to be born again and converted, but don't know how. I pray God show them how to be! God help us to repent and be holy like Jesus! We need Jesus. We need to be like Jesus by dying to self and letting Him live HIs holy, sinless life within and through us! We need to be born again and changed into new creatures in Christ Jesus. We need to surrender the old fleshly mind and get the new spiritual mind of Jesus by having the new spiritual birth experience from God!
Instead of drinking alcohol, she should have been PRAYING!!! There are no answers to our problems in a bottle!!! JESUS IS THE ANSWER AND SOLUTION TO EVERY PROBLEM!!! And He can do anything but fail. Nothing is too hard for the Lord. The only thing that hinders His power is our lack of faith!!! Don't fight your battles with your mouth or with your fists, but ON YOUR KNEES! The songs words were holy, but the music was secular and worldly. Holiness & worldliness do not mix in God's eyes. We need to come up to God's high standards and stop bringing Him down to our low standards, even in music!
That pastor preached the typical sermon about the love of Jesus, but he did not say one word about the need to repent and turn from sin. The reason the people are not having victory over sin is because the pastors are living in sin themselves. The Holy Bible calls them: DUMB DOGS THAT WON'T BARK!!!! The pastors don't know how to overcome sin, so they are not teaching the people how to have victory over sin. JESUS IS COMING SOON FOR A HOLY – NOT A WORLDLY PEOPLE! Makes me cry!
