Last year, my mother became seriously ill, and our whole family was devastated. She became so weak that even simple things were difficult for her, and there were days when we were afraid of what the next phone call from the doctor might bring. I tried to stay strong for everyone, but many nights I went somewhere alone and cried, asking God to please give my mother another chance. We had so many worries at the same time, and I felt like our family was carrying a weight that was too heavy for us. Then I started praying more than I ever had before, not asking for an easy life, but asking Jesus to give us strength for whatever came next. The situation has not been perfect, but God has given us moments of hope when we needed them most. I truly believe He hears the prayers we whisper through our tears. If someone reading this is praying for a sick loved one tonight, please keep believing. God is with you. 🙏❤ Amen.
