  1. Absolutely amazing wonderful movie, raw emotion that was felt , prayers that was felt , thank God to everyone involved in this movie awesome assignment ❤❤❤❤❤

  2. That’s why the New Testament stresses having one wife, especially for those holding positions in the church—“the husband of one wife.” We see examples of the challenges of multiple wives with Elkanah, Hannah, and Peninnah. We also see it with Jacob, Rachel, and Leah.

  4. Humm the movie really waw 😢me.
If there is something I have leant from these movie, was the part when Hannah told her husband the vow she made to God if he blessed her with a child,Humm sometimes when we keep praying and no result is best to reconstruct how prayer points and sometimes make a vow to God and keep to the vow in the future

  5. Even though i pity Peninnah, but a part of me feels like she deserves the treatment she got from elkanah. You cannot mock someone this much and now think you deserve or will get love.
And lets not forget it is because of this jealousy, mockery and hatred that elkanah didn't like about being with her. The man just wanted peace.

  6. This was beautiful. Teni and Taye as actors are wonderful. They brought this biblical story alive beautifully. Diva did well as Penninah. This is reinforcement of faith in God. The production was amazing. The simplicity and clarity. Beautifully done. Kudos Taye. Kudos Teni.

  8. I understand what people mean when they say a movie uploaded on YouTube “Netflix standard,” but I also think we should be careful with the way we say these things. Thesame grace you seek please extend it to others.

Sometimes, those comments can sound like telling someone they don’t deserve beautiful things simply because they are not as wealthy, established, or globally recognized yet. Imagine walking into someone’s home and making them feel unworthy of something good because their environment looks smaller than another person’s. It wouldn’t feel kind, fair, or encouraging.

Yes, Netflix operates with massive budgets, advanced production systems, industry level equipment, and global structures. But that does not mean YouTube creators are less deserving of quality, growth, beauty, or excellence. Creativity is not owned by one platform. Great storytelling can begin anywhere in small studios, on simple cameras, with passionate minds and determined hearts.

There is room for growth everywhere.
Many YouTube creators are doing incredible work with limited resources, and instead of discouraging them with comparisons that sound dismissive, or sounding like YouTube doesn’t deserve such beauty isn’t cool. we can encourage improvement while still appreciating effort, vision, and progress. Imagine you’re the owner of YouTube and people whom you gave opportunity to showcase their work only dumps low quality, like every single one of them dumps low carb content for YouTube then take every great story telling to Netflix after becoming better how will you feel?
    Viewers deserve good things too.

No offense but please People should not have to wait until they become the “biggest” before they are allowed to create beauty, experience quality, or dream greatly. Every industry, every platform, and every creator that eventually became excellent once started somewhere.

    Growth starts somewhere.
    Excellence starts somewhere.
And encouragement can sometimes be the bridge between both.
