OK, overall an EXCELLENT story – the comments I mentioned earlier were superficial observations, nothing more! The message is clearly laid out several times during the movie – We Are Not Alone – have thought about & witnessed this phenomenon frequently throughout my life. Hope you have, too!! I just wish people would stick to the Bible if they are going to use it in their movies. Shamgar did kill 600 Philistines, but it wasn't on a mountain pass. They took a lot of creative license with that story. There is nothing said about Philistine archers shooting hundreds of arrows in the air or Shamgar getting hit in the head with a rock. The biblical account is very sparse. The writers for this movie made up the story. The entire narrative is fabricated. I couldn't finish it.

The skepticism about Guardian Angels is annoying because angels are mentioned in the Bible. We each have one assigned to us for our whole lives and they protect us. But we are also responsible for the choices we make. September is the month of devotion to the Angels. Angels are Created by God and are God’s Messengers. They cannot act of their own authority but only on the Authority of God, for they are but creatures too, creatures that are pure spirits.
In 1997 I had an experience where my life was being threatened by an alcoholic stalker. I thought it would be my last night alive, and I cried out. If there is a God, can you please help me! There was suddenly an unexplainable intervention, which to this day I can only put down to a divine helping hand, and since then, I have known there is a God and help when you are in need. Praise the Lord!!! I really enjoyed this movie and its message.. Thank you!
Nice concept but if my Pastor did this to his congregation I'd be out of there before he said, "I want you to close your eyes and pretend you're back in …..!" No way am I being hypnotised IN CHURCH and God doesn't tell us to do this. He tells us to be of "sound mind." And before you jump on me, any new person turning to Christ may be deceived into thinking this is what they need to find or do. It isn't. "Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Plus blaspheming? Really? In a faith movie.
The Dark Ambient/Dungeon Synth is awesome but the droney piano and cello concerto crap is morbid and depressing. I haven’t seen Eric Roberts yet but he’s one of my favorite actors ❤❤❤
We don't have the power within us. It's when we submit to God's power within us that we overcome. We don't have what it takes to overcome. When we come to that realization and submit completely to God then we become overcomers. It's not by our own strength or will power. It by yielding everything to God…allowing Him to be the Lord of our lives.
Very powerful and actually – very true: we are NOT alone! I felt it on myself many, many times, especially in the last 3 years after I "lost" my husband. We sometimes feel it, but most of the time, we take it for a grant, but there are so many things to be grateful for 🙂 Thank you!
