  6. Thank you Apostle for clarifying the meaning of 'guard your heart'. Two months ago I was deeply hurt by my family members and I went into a state of confusion. It was hard to pray and I even tried to read Kenneth E. Hagin's book on Love but the spirit of heaviness was taking it's tall on me. In that confusion and hurt, I heard a still voice saying to me guard your heart. The pain was too deep that I tried to look for a clear understanding of what it means to guard your heart. I must say that I cried when I heard you introducing the title of the message. I knew the message was meant to bring healing to me. I strongly belief that Jeremiah 3:15 is a reality for me.   13. My word to someone watching but hasn't given his/her life to christ is to engrave upon your heart flesh, so that the spoken words become life to you, allow God himself talk to you and he would. Give your life to Christ today and recieve a valedictorian welcome to the fold

  17. I have not yet listened to this sermon, but I pray that the Holy Spirit will help me guard my heart this season, am very broken at this point in time to the point of not seeing the value of consecration, may God look upon me with mercy and restore my soul😭🙏

  19. Things you should guard your heart against
    1. Guard your heart against the lust of the eyes and of the flesh
    2. Guard your heart against pride
    3. Guard your heart against offence and uncontrolled anger. In your anger, do not sin
    4. Guard your heart against unhealthy comparison and competitive jealousy
    5. Guard your heart against self centeredness and overestimating of self
    6. Guard your heart against and unhealthy form of entitlement.
    7. Guard your heart against insecurity and low self-esteem
    8. Guard your heart against wickedness and revenge.
    9. Guard your heart against hate and Unforgiveness

  20. What a sermon. Our heart condition matters more than our outward appearance and actions. God is more interested in our hearts – the motive behind our actions.
    My prayer is, Lord, please purify my heart and make it align with yours.

  21. The assignment to guard your heart is a spiritual warfare where you take advantage of the resources of the word, discipline, and restrain to keep far from you all that can corrupt your heart

  22. How to protect your heart
    1. Always remember that you are a child of God
    2. Guard your eyes and your ear gate. It is better that you are not even aware
    3. Watch your association. Love everyone but carefully edit your association. You can love people from afar.
    4. Feed on the word of God.feeding on the right things will make you think right
    5. Invest in prayer; particularly praying in the spirit. Every time you are in pain, take it to God in prayer.
    6. Practice word based confessions Psalm 27, Psalm 23
    7. Practice periodic retreat. I.e times at that are dedicated to God
    8. Be a person of vision and diligence. Don't be idol
    9. Be a peace maker, Romans 12:18,acts 24:16

    One of the easiest and most potent ways to ask for motive is to ask why. Consistently asking the question why will eventually lead you to your motivation and leading
