  1. The Law was never given to save man, but to reveal God’s righteous standard and expose humanity’s need for redemption. “Through the law we become conscious of sin” (Romans 3:20). Grace, however, was released through Jesus Christ to restore mankind back to God’s original Kingdom purpose. “For by grace you have been saved through faith… not by works” (Ephesians 2:8–9).

Grace does not abolish the Law; it empowers obedience from the heart. Jesus declared, “I did not come to destroy the law but to fulfill it” (Matthew 5:17). Under grace, the Law is no longer written on stone but on the believer’s heart. “I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts” (Hebrews 8:10).

Every believer must understand this truth: the Law defines righteousness, but grace supplies the ability to live it. Grace is not permission to sin—it is power to reign in life. “Sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace” (Romans 6:14).
