To the person suffering with depression it’s a torment that no else understands because you can easily hide the pain smiling on the outside while on the inside turmoil and torment is going on in a darkness you cannot explain to others but it only makes it worse when people try to tell you to get over it or they try to fix it not realizing that they are making it worse
