I have watched this movie before, but am thankful it showed up again today because I needed the reminder. I am thankful for what I have, but was running a little short on hope for the future, Thank you for having this on your channel!
I have seen this movie before and I really liked it then but it’s been a while . I’m so glad that I decided to watch it again this morning . “ I decided “ is almost funny looking back on it , as if I ever had a choice in the matter ! I’ve been struggling lately and have been asking for some guidance and closeness to the Holy Spirit . I got it ! I have the book as well so I could follow along with the movie as it went along . It amazes me how sometimes I can be so desperate for God and then , quietly , God shows up and gives me the guidance I have been wanting so badly . I’m 68 , so this isn’t my first big rodeo ! I’m going to return to reading my Bible a lot more than I have been and actually just bought a very nice , 3 volume set of the Ethiopian Bible with all 88 original books of the Bible . I also got the latest edition of The SBL Study Bible because it was recommended by someone that I think knows her stuff ! Monte Mader . I guess I’ve got a lot of reading to do so I better get after it , right ? I think this is the prompting that I’ve been needing . God bless everyone and I hope that you can find your way to being as enthusiastic about developing a better understanding of God’s word ! Take care all .
