I do not know anywhere in the Bible, and particularly in the New Testament where God gives His Anointing or wisdom specifically to anyone for the sake of material/financial prosperity or the easy life and not for the raising or preserving of an army of God-fearing witnesses unto Himself through whom He should be magnified on the earth. It would be a great turn around for the church of Jesus Christ in this nation to have men, anointed as rallying points for holy, godly living in the fear of God. That's when we'd be the true witnesses that we are meant to be.
