I have been to several of George Wallace shows I have never seen him take the ticket money and give it back to the people. What the hell is he talking about. Most churches barely pay the bills. And most invest something in the community-food pantries, clothing ministries. Many people know when they are in need they go to several churches. No one says when the can’t pay a light bill “let’s go to see George Wallace maybe he will help us”.
I visited John Hannahs church one Sunday and he gave a faithful member a brand new/paid for car.
RA Vernon has given several cars and other things to members.
Others do it too. Not all pastors take the churches money. Some of us actually fear God. Once our finances reach that level, we’re gonna do it as well (on that level).
Pastor John Gray church did that during the pandemic. They took up the offering and told everyone to take what they needed.
