You don't pray to claim Kingdom riches and wealth. It's a give and receive process . And God doesn't ask you to give what he hasn't given you before. He gave Gold and silver to the israelites in Egypt because because He was going to ask them to build His temple with it later.Remember just a little portion was given out for the construction of the temple. I can guarantee you that if they had brought it out for building of the temple,He (God) has multiple ways to take it away from them.
