You know what’s on my heart when speaking of holding your tongue. When people say the name of Jesus as a cuss word in my presence. It makes me cringe yet when it happens I freeze every time. I just stand there like a dummy. It happened last night when an old friend of mine said it in response to something I said. I just stood there. She knows I love Jesus and I could tell she felt awkward after she said it. What am I supposed to say? It’s awful.
Many people specially the Muslims will read the killing part and take it out of context and wil try to convince people that Christianity is false. I just saw a guy on YouTube did this covering the Bible in Quran and reading Ezekiel ch-6 verses 9 and ask people which books do you think it is and people say its Quran and the guy was like its bible. Can you believe your God said that. Don't believe Jesus He is a false God. Why you believe a God who tells you to kill children woman and girls. Thanks to pastor for clearing up. So many Christian nowadays don't know anything about the Bible and gets easily confused and led astray by people like in the YouTube.
Wake up people for Jesus is the only way to Heaven and He is the only True God. There is no other God. Beleive in Jesus and repent from your sins and seek out the truth.
I’ve attended Calvary Chapel for the greater part of my life and I wanted to say thank you to Pastor Paul and CC as a whole. Anytime I’ve had questions I’ve known I can always rely on them to find answers. There has always been a willingness to speak on the more difficult parts of the Bible, and it is greatly appreciated, so thank you.

Thank you Pastor Paul this is indeed a "dark and sad" part of Ezekiel. Dark for the rebellious hart of Israel after all God's warnings and "sad" for God. About the 390 days (Israel) + 40 days (Judah) =430 days. Ezekiel 4:6
says “……I have assigned you 40 days, a day for each year". Meaning 430 years.
Is there a connection with Exodus 12:40-41?
Exodus 12:40-41 NIV
[40] Now the length of time the Israelite people lived in Egypt was 430 years. [41] At the end of the 430 years, to the very day, all the Lord’s divisions left Egypt.
May The Lord bless you all today and everything that you put your hands too. May it all be for His Honor and His Glory. In Christ Jesus Name Amen. The Lord Jesus Christ has delivered me from drug addiction, homelessness, abusive relationships, evil spirits, sexual immorality, swearing, lying, stealing, laziness.. and even more. I give all the glory to Him. All praise and worship belong to God. He is real. He is bigger than any problem you face. He will meet you where you are at. Even right now. (Romans 10:13) For whosoever shall call upon The Name of The Lord shall be saved.
He's giving us beautiful gifts of prayers, Faith, healing, deliverance, salvation. He gave us these to glorify Him and use for others.
Friends everything you have or see material is all going to pass away the only thing you truly have is how you treat another human being. Serve The LORD Pray for The Holy Spirit to fill every part of your life.

About 5 years ago, I kept seeing people post different scriptures from the Book of Ezekiel. This went on for a while before I thought, maybe this is a sign that I need to read the Book of Ezekiel. I’d never even read the Old Testament other than scriptures here and there. Then a friend said hey, I bought some Ezekiel bread today. Lol I said that’s it, I’m reading the Book of Ezekiel. And when I did, I cried all the way through. My heart broke for God and I was so sorry that I’d ever been a part of causing Him pain. Because like you said, we may not think of the actual pain we cause Him, other than disappointment. I kept going after Ezekiel reading every night all the way through Revelation then started in Genesis. I’ve been reading verse by verse chapter by chapter, cover to cover every night since then. And there have been a lot of tears. So many times in the Old Testament God speaks of His broken heart. I don’t ever want to be a stiff necked people again.
Pastor Paul quick question do you think that there’s a connection between Ezekiel 6 and Mark 11:23 where Jesus tell his disciples that they will be able to speak to the mount to be removed and cast into the sea
