I think the hardest thing about our lost loved ones is that only God can open their eyes. It breaks my heart to be shut off from them because they will not even speak to me. An ongoing discussion I've been having with a Lutheran preacher for about 2 months now or maybe 3 months which he seems to keep focusing on the age of the Earth in the first chapter of Genesis and the idea of evolution
I mentioned to him about the inward eye which I referred to in discussing with him the work of James Clerk Maxwell which Spurgeon also missed and this is a great and profound work of a man who it's not recognized for his religiosity but it certainly seems to me that if I put it to the Lutheran Minister the work he did is profound and the consequences thereof should be considered in light of what appears to me to be his faithfulness to Jesus and what Jesus did for us seems to be very likely with the words he uses to explain himself about Christianity
The Lutheran preacher did finally respond when I rehearsed for him the first stanza and another stanza from the poem daffodils as follows which is recorded from the site stated here
