It’s my prayer that you read the Bible, especially the words of Jesus Christ Himself as recorded in the Gospels about believing in Him as the Christ, confessing that belief, repenting of our sin thereby being born again of GOD’s Spirit and will. These aren’t works. This is faith in action as James called us to exercise: how do you know you believe in Christ’s redeeming work on Calvary if you don’t confess it and repent of your sins and get baptised? How do you access that grace that has been freely made available to all who believe in Jesus Christ as the LORD and Saviour if you don’t get born again? Why is baptism commanded of believers by Jesus Christ Himself? That’s an action, is it not? These are the very commandments from Jesus Christ Himself to all who believe in Him.

What is it that will differentiate you from an unbeliever if you’re not going to believe, repent, get baptized? “By this shall all men know that you’re My disciples, if you have love one for another.” Jesus said and that love comes from Him and when we love Jesus, we obey His commandments. Please read the Gospel according to John prayerfully. GOD will reveal His truths to you Himself.

Anyway, if what the late evangelist did was contrary to GOD’s will, it shall manifest on judgement. Jesus Christ will deny him and tell him to get away from Him as He didn’t know the evangelist. Paul got to a point where he said as long as Jesus Christ was crucified, He wasn’t about the motive of the preacher. It sounds to me, and I could be wrong, like you put your faith in the evangelist and not in GOD. May you seek GOD diligently and find Him. I know the WORD of GOD is true so I know beyond a shadow of doubt that WHEN you DILIGENTLY seek GOD you’ll find Him.

May GOD show Himself faithful and true to you and through you. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

He was a false teacher he preached a works based gospel. I saw him in London about 10 years ago and i was a very new believer very zealous and i got caught up in the emotion of the quite small breakfast meeting. i gave him £1000 at that meeting money I could ill afford at the time. I got repeated requests for more and more money in the post over the next few years despite asking them to stop sending the requests.

As I matured as a believer and started rightly dividing the word of truth I realised both mr bonnke and kolenda taught a false works based gospel.

I am a gentile as is mr bonnke and kolenda as are most of his 75 million decision cards. The gospel to the gentiles, the Gospel of the mystery Romans 16 v 25, was given to our apostle Paul by the risen and ascended Christ and is summarized in 1 Corinthians 15 v 1-4 and Ephesians 1 v 13. There are works involved but not OURS. Christ did it all and we are to lean on HIM. No works needed. Mr bonnke and koenda preach that you must add works, deciding, repenting, being born again etc etc to the works of Christ. That is a false teaching and false gospel.

there was no mantle to transfer unless a transferring a false gospel is transferable . That said mr Kolenda was already a false teacher so he did not need that transferred.

@Adeniyi Akinyemi He was not blameless he lead many astray and his successor is doing the same. It is very very sad and that it was done and is being done to the poorest of the poor makes it even worse.

Akinyemi Adeniyi . Worthy and true question. The standard/ scale given by Christ; “by their fruits, you shall know them” Have observed him since late 80s… Paul under inspiration wrote, “ test all spirits”. I agree with you that the Bible declares, Christ finished all works and salvation is not by works or rather our “filthy rags of works of righteousness” I hope Boke meant “working out our salvation”. But, but … yet painfully once you come so close to almost all men/ women of God there is always faults-cracks within these vessels of clay.

Only a dead man, dead, literally dead in Christ, no longer living… but Christ living and exhuming from him can serve God in this capacity. A body as of Jesus to carry Christ on earth and only do the will of the father.

If it was directed at myself i went to mr Bonnke and mr Kolenda meetings here in London UK , they were separate occasions and i found them both to be false preachers and teachers and both taught another Christ and another Gospel sadly. i was a very very young Christian at the time and got carried away with the emotion but as i matured as a Christian and learned how to rightly divide the word of truth i realized how deceptive they were.

Yes the ministry belongs to God, yet it can be passed on to family members, not necessarily always though. The one to whom the ministry belongs is the one that anoints and appoints.

@Parah Japheth you are right, it depends on what God says, it can be passed on to family members. The most important thing is it is God who will have said pass on to a family member.
