My brother is a member of Christ embassy. When he got married both video and photographers were not allowed to come up to the alter not even family members all in the name of Holi of holies. The couple couldn't get close shots of the moments. I got pissed and told the officiating minister that we are the alter of God and the veil has been torn. He turned and looked at me and I bold said that's the gospel
It's so appalling that in the southern part of Nigeria, we just concentrate on doctrinal debates and dogma wars… That is why we have half baked Christians who lacks power, whom the horde of hell don't even see as a threat to their kingdom, we keep shouting "we are the light of the world" Yet in our environment, our light isn't powerful enough to stop and disperse darkness. Christians eeeeh, we are a joke the way we're going about our lives… We are a big joke. Even the smallest demon in hell isn't scared of us…
Christians, go and study the word with the help of the Holy Spirit and let the scales fall off your eyes and let the light of the word of God disperse the darkness in your lives
Anyone challenging the tithe doctrine should firstly ask himself/herself this honest question am I really a believer Abraham gave a tenth of his spoils of war four hundred years before the law and what Abraham did was recorded as an act faith and the Lord declared him righteous… watchman Nee said tenth percent of our income is just for newborns but as you the mature in Christ Jesus God requires your all,if we God's creature why holding back…There are a thousand truths in what the apostle said but I'm sure he's limited in so many aspects of Christian hedonism
✅ 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 [9]Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, [10]Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
The scripture above was Apostle Paul's epistle to be church in Corinth. This means that the letter was to those people that believe in Jesus Christ. The epistle highlights sinful behaviours that can rob believers of the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, no one should be deluded that indulgence in any of these behaviours cannot prevent one from God's kingdom just because one is a believer.
✅ Luke 13:26-27 [26]Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. [27]But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.
This shows that workers of iniquity have no place in heaven regardless of their claims of confession. However, none payment of tithe is violation of the ordinance of tithing (Malachi 3: 14). God described none payment of tithe as robbing Him. Apparently, those that wouldn't pay their tithe are considered as thieves in God's estimation, meanwhile no thief will enter the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:10) ‼️🎯 Any christocentric teaching that doesn't lay emphasy on character as it does to confession or vice versa remains largely imbalance. The confession must be matched with corresponding charater. Appropriate charater must ensue before a believer is said to be bearing fruit. That is important because only by their fruits shall we know them‼️
Meanwhile, the term prosperity gospel is a blatant display of biblical illiteracy. This is nothing but a ploy to demonize prosperity ‼️Gospel will always convey prosperity teachings. Prosperity cannot be divorced from the gospel ‼️ The actual the problem is materialism which will always present as commercialization and merchandising of the gospel. Prosperity principles such as integrity, honesty, probity, accountability, kindness, absolute trust in the Lord (faith) etc are largely supported in the scriptures. These are ethical principles which God's Word teaches which are direct opposite of treachery, trickery and gimmickry that operate in the sphere of materialism, commercialization and merchandising of the gospel. These are unethical and unchristianly. Therefore, prosperity shouldn't be mistaken for materialism. Prosperity is backed by biblical principles, while materialism is charateristically achieved through hook and crook means. Teachers should be teaching against materialism and not prosperity because God wants His children to prosper 🎯
✅ Psalms 35:27 [27]Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.

I honestly think it’s more of ignorance on d leaders There is godfatherism in d church as well so it’s what they ve learnt and also learnt to not question authority. Like apostle said ‘they don’t know Jesus’
@kaatruth don't be discouraged, keep going. So many are being manipulated, robbed, abused, raped, and destroyed in these churches. Keep exposing the works of darkness being done by those disguised as angels of light.
I think whole matter here, God called a man he gives him or her a mission and this mission is to reveal Him. I am into the healing and deliverance ministry but in that massage it should reveal Jesus, if Jesus is revealed in the assignment then you have preached him.
The second mistake hyper grace preachers make is to make people believe that the finished work of Christ has done everything but it's half truths. The only way it's going to work is if you teach them to build relationships with God and it's the only way that possibility they preach to work.
Tithe is good but should not be forced on people.
The issue is say we are praying to kill our enemies. God does not kill he only remove his protection from wicked people. There are wicked people that won't rest until they bring you down the judgement of God can come on them, that is God can remove His protection from that wicked person and something bad can happen so is a righteous things for God to recompense evil to those that trouble you. We have the judgement side of God.
When the gospel is not balance it not good and this grace message if not we'll thought can lead many astray
