  1. Eddie is still the first and only person to lift half a ton off the floor, competing against others in a real competition. A bunch of people broke records at their personal gym. Hard to do it when you’re competing against others in front of thousands of fans.

  2. After getting into the sport around 3 years ago, following Eddie and Brian in their respective sports, it's so crazy to see all these paths cross. Thanks for the hard work and entertainment gents!

  3. AW is a retirement sport for all these strength athletes for now. nothing against that, but i think most of them underestimate how difficult it is to pick up technique at a later age.

  4. Eddie is even ahead of those who are ahead! 👍But it is interesting – if someone saying you about something like lighty technique and physics watching, is behind not this sports or match, is not titan at all, perhaps good thought is not to make conclusions regarding such objects changing all matches to different? People love titans. Love may go away … 😉

  5. He has been training for months at this point and dabbling in AW for years; 8 weeks of training is a BS excuse for when he loses. Shaw even called him out on this. Eddie challenged Shaw months ago, and that's when they both started training. Maybe he has only been with Neil for 8 weeks, but he's been working with a team longer than that. Shaw has had one actual training session with Devon. If anyone is under-trained, it's Shaw. It's good to see Eddie admit that Shaw is stronger, so people can shut up about Eddie being stronger. He's not. He had a better overhead press/bench (Shaw never trained bench)and deadlift. That's it. Shaw is far stronger overall, and Eddie knows it. Shaw has 5X the world records in strength as Eddie. Eddie only has a WSM title because Shaw was out of his prime. Eddie would have zero titles if they had competed the whole time in Shaws prime. I like Both Eddie and Shaw. I have been following them both for 10 years or more. They are both insane, but Shaw is on another level. There's a reason he's one of the Goats of the sport, and Eddie is not

  6. Been a huge fan of the Beast.. form the beginning of him strongman career…him coming in to armwestling is the best…. I've loved armwestling since I was a kid…to me it is a fun hobby. I know once you train and dedicate to it. You will get better at it…with arm wrestling like most other things. What you put in you get back..man I'm excited to see what Eddie can accomplish 💪💪💪

  7. honestly I want brian to win but eddies chances have been skyrocketing recently I know nothing about the sport but eddie saying hes only trained 7 weeks thats recently hes dabbled before like he said hes had arm wrestling matches lined up before but they fell through for whatever reason so hes prepared before

  8. “This is a technical sport” Well, so is boxing, probably even more so and Eddie didn’t take that aspect seriously enough and was completely outboxed by Thor. Eddie just “trained” to land a big knockout punch and never got in a position to use it.

  9. This is one step Eddie. Calm, timing and confidence. Learn what you can from thr match. After the match, keep with neil, and he will make you top level.. a year will fly by, and you will get so much better than others, i think. With just 6 weeks you have turned heads and changed opinions.. imagine if you have a year. Monster. I will keep watching and so many others will.
