Guys im going to be honest here I've been falling into lust but out of all the Christian videos I've seen om my YouTube home page the majority of the videos were on how to overcome love and guys i knew that wasn't a coincidence especially when the same video kept popping about about how to over come lust and instead of ignoring it I watched it and I felt better cause I know that before I try to overcome lust I need to seek God first then overcome praise God who ever else struggles with lust just know you not one trust God and seek him and after you seek God hell help you overcome lust God bless yall ❤❤
That's what I recently started and I'm slowly losing interest in so many things 🙌🏾❤️I imagine myself in 1 year period how I would have improved and become a better person for Christ…surely there's nothing he cannot do 🙏🏾🙌🏾
Jesus died on the cross rose three days later defeated sin if you accept that you will have the holy spirit and if you repent and if you have faith in him you will live forever.
“Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.” 1 Corinthians 6:18 ESV
Repent. Don't get tired of repenting. Confess your sins to God and few spiritually strong believers. Read the word of God, apply it, count it when you are tempted or get lustful arousal. Madly love Jesus. Keep falling in love with Him over and over again, every day. Ask for the in dwelling of the Holy Spirit. Surely with God's help that pesky sticky sin will simply lose its power. Don't make phone your god. I found 1Corinthians chapter 6 extremely powerful – after nearly 40 years of struggling with lust. But now victory is in sight. Oh, once God conquers the sin of lust in you I feel God will get you ready for greater faith battles. Crave for Him and His return.
This is so encouraging as I have been really struggling. And I am a new Christian and no matter what I have tried I still fell into it. But this really changes the game.
2+ years of trying to quit by my own ideas thinking i can figure it out. I cant. Its to the point where i am defeated. I now realize that i need to embrace God to counter lust thank you 🙏.
I sinned while I was in the shower I am ashamed of myself and the guilt is pushing me down. And the. I looked up “ How to beat lust as a Christian “ and then I saw this and I saw how that the Lord Jesus was going through so he could see us smile I almost cried and I prayed. I’m thankful for finding this video. And thank you R3alism ❤
What happens in these moments is we start putting our identity of our actions and our flesh rather than being reliant of Jesus. We know we are sinners and we know during our day there are habits and practices we do that cause us to sin. Porn is a soul tie let’s be real one day you are sober and boom you fall into and that clarity/conviction hits you. Start fasting and humbling yourself before God and search for Him, make your day Christ centered and I promise you that cutting off those triggers start getting you on the right track. The flesh is always against the spirit and you will always fail trying to defeat sin. All we can do is flee and look the other way. Let Jesus Christ orchestrate your life and start asking yourself what do you want to remove while you fast? How long will you fast for? And what are your goals while fasting? It is about humility and faith not performance. Do not put on a face to look good for God and saying you are hungry for God while snacking on sin, believe me it causes so much breakage and separation from Him. You got this and lock in. No more phone usage pass 8:30 at night and no more secular music and doom scrolling on social media. Wake up soldiers of Christ and get right with Jesus TODAY

I think it’s easy married Christian couples to tell me to abstain from lust.
Grant it, that’s what I should do, because porn is unhealthy for the mind, but do I really deserve hell for masterdebating ALONE and wanting someone to help me keep warm at night so I end up turning to porn instead 😔🥺
I just defeated lust and I’m proud of myself. It takes real courage and strength to do it. Now I will restrain and flee from it every time because I know I can’t fight it. Wish me luck ✝️🔆

Jesus is real. The Holy Spirit lives within me. One day on a snowy day, I decided to go to a town half an hour away to get some fast food since I lived in a small town. As I filled up gas in my truck, the Holy Spirit warned me "Don't go" in my heart. Being the dummy I was, and not understanding that it was Him, ignored Him and went anyway. Taking a long curve where I couldn't see ahead of me, I was faced with two options: Dive into the ditch or hit a car not ten feet in front of me that was being slowed down by a snow plow. Knowing j had to avoid the people in front of me, I drove into the ditch and prayed to God to help me. Neither I nor the truck were damaged at all, and I even managed to get myself back out, praise Jesus. He is real, and He is coming back soon. Repent, confess your sins and turn to Him. He is waiting with open arms. He loves you, enough to die for you, and will save you before its too late. Believe and repent, for time is running out. The Lord be with you.
Go directly to Jesus, His Word (Bible). Replace the hobby with something better.
If you're in your bed or in private, go out. Walk outside, try to get tired, or explore the world.
If you have a harder time doing that, replace lust with a stronger pain. – mine is eating spicy food.
❌Don't focus on getting rid of the lust. ✅Focus on Jesus. Your relationship with Him. 💪Focus on what actually makes you better, the second that lust hits.
Wow… what a divine guidance… the part of Jesus being scourged is just the mental picture I get everytime i fall in lust… so I just see this as a message of God, saying to me "son, you are on the right track… just keep going, keep remembering what was done for you"

You don't.
You avoid it. Run away from lust.
Go directly to Jesus, His Word (Bible).
