  1. You do not need to be baptized to be saved, nor does baptism save you. Baptism is a public acknowledgement that you belong to Christ just like a wedding ring is a public acknowledgment that you belong to someone else. If you remove your wedding ring are you not still married or if you put a wedding ring on a infant does that make them married? No. So baptism is NOT a requirement please read and understand your bibles. There is no original sin, that is NOT a biblical principle, so it's pointless to sprinkle water on an infant besides baptism is full submersion anyway so sprinkling water would not count even if the adult was acknowledging belonging to Christ.

  2. Scriptures are very clear – you cannot be saved without believing repentance and baptism. A baby or child doesn’t believe or understand and doesn’t make a choice to repent so their baptism doesn’t align with Jesus baptism as preached in the NT under the new covenant.

  3. So a long as someone repents, believes The Gospel of Jesus Christ and receives Jesus as their Lord and Savior, that is sufficient to receive The Holy Spirit? That is what I've always believed from the scriptures, but correct me if I'm wrong please.

  4. I don’t think so, because on the cross one of the guys said I will be with you in Christ today. If you believe in God and ask for forgiveness you will go to heaven.
You can baptize people but still you don’t know if that person has been saved. Only God knows Amen

  5. I believe in My Lord, your Lord, our Lord Jesus Christ our Lord and saviour, yet I haven't read the bible,I haven't been baptised, and I have been in prison most of my life.Im now turning 50 this year yet what i feel in my heart is totally different from what decisions I made in the past, true repentance comes from the heart not the mouth, and where i pray is my church. Why do people need to build 10 million dollars of a building to pray in?Does my Lord care where we pray from?I don't think so, as long as we BELIEVE with a good heart is what or Lord Jesus wants,no matter where we pray.We ,mankind use our Lord God's name on money, in courts, deaths ,marriage, birth, everything, yet the amount of people that say "if they were a God why does He not stop the atrocious events that happen",well that is not our Lord and Fathers responsibility, its mankind's, what is important though is what you do from birth to death and the legacy you leave behind, and based on that legacy is where you will be judged. Trust me make sure your heart is true and just because there is a very BAD fcukn place after we are gone and its certainly not what you think hell is, it's much, much worse. I have led a sinful life and I am very trying indeed to tell my Lord everything i can through my heart. So tell me,what do I deserve?By the way I haven't been back in prison or charged since 2022.Godbless all who read this and spread the word because it's coming, There's 3 ages, what was, what is and what is coming. And we are a good bit through what is.Take care….

  6. No….Acts 10:47 states: "Can anyone forbid water, that these should not be baptized, (which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?") according to the Bible. This verse is part of the narrative in Acts where Peter, a Jewish apostle, witnesses the Holy Spirit being given to a group of Gentiles (non-Jews) led by Cornelius. The question, posed by Peter, (highlights the significance of the Holy Spirit's presence as evidence of God's acceptance of these Gentiles,) prompting the question of whether they should be denied baptism.

  7. Cliffe is wrong on This one baptism by water doesn't save the soul the criminal next to Christ was saved by true repentance he knew he was guilty and that God is just in Condemning him but he ask Christ to remember him When he entered his kingdom and Christ said you will be with me in Paradise. The criminal wasn't baptized by water he was baptized by the spirit through true repentance.

  8. Cliff is wrong and has it backwards. The scriptures are VERY clear, baptism removes the STATE of original sin, so the child’s heart can accept the Holy Spirit. The Father sacrificed his only Son for our salvation by raising him up on a cross after humiliation and torture…he did this for salvation of the fallen world. And all he asks is that you baptize YOUR child in water – the most harmless of substance on earth – so that your child can receive the Holy Spirit and perpetuate resurrection of the fallen world – care to stand in the way of that and you’re better off with a millstone tied to neck before being drown in the sea. Baptism washes away all sin, wish is why it should only be done once – the second one removes accountability and therefore repentance. It is therefore a sin in-and-of itself. If you struggle with this concept then you WILL take the wide door to hell…

  9. I’m so happy to hear Cliff believes that we are saved at water baptism! I don’t agree with some of the stuff he says but it’s refreshing to see a popular internet apologist who understands the necessity of water baptism for salvation. It is the antitype of the flood that now saves you. The flood was the symbol, water baptism is the reality in the new covenant.
