2020 has proven to be one of my most challenging years so far. It began in January with death in the family, then covid hit changing my life and added strain and struggles on my grieving family then separation from my spouse. Other than my wife that I'm separated from all of my family lives across the country. I feel alone at times and it feels like there's a force that's trying to break me. But God's promises still stands and he will never leave nor forsake his own.
I do sing this song to the Lord and it stirs my heart to thanks to Him….but I leave off the "yet". Our God will NEVER fail us period. We certainly will see Him do it again!!
This song came across my YouTube shuffle. I had never heard it before. As an African American I tend to listen to urban contemporary/soul gospel (as described by Dove awards). The first verse had me shouting and tears in my eyes! This song is absolutely powerful!!! It is encouraging!!! God bless the young man or woman who wrote the song. And Elevation Church for singing it!!! The Promise still stands…God can move mountains…make a way out of no way…He can bless us with a daughter. So I will rest in you, Father. I will wait…you'll do it again!!! As I write this the Lord is speaking. Be Encouraged!!! He is already there in the midst of our circumstances… Our breakthrough/blessing is on the way!!!
I have lost both my parents due to the corona crisis and am about to loose my home in like 7 days now if I don't come up with $300 … I hope God will do something😢… I really don't know what to do right now. …even sleeping is hard
I am no where near perfect and am still working towards being the best man I can be for my kids, future wife and family but I am so happy that I serve such an awesome GOD he will REIGN and I pray every soul opens their eyes and hearts to him because he is so real! Be vigilant fellow brothers and sisters in Christ we are in a dark age!
