  1. Crooks and thieves stealing innocent peoples money.

Be careful with this firm: I bought 2 plots of land from this firm in Boyes town Ipaja (Lagos) pre covid. During my payments my dad was diagnosed with Cancer so needed money for hospital and burial. On one of my trips I went to their office to explain that I will have missed payments and permission was granted. After the funeral I struggled but carried on and paid over £25k – as I was 2-3 payments left they turned round and said I now have only 1 plot. They never told me but waited to collect over 20m from me, their staff either stole the one plot or they over subscribed. As they already had my money they forced me to Emerald court – the replacement they gave me is worth £5-7m but the value of land they took off me is 30m. How can Nigeria be ever good when a firm takes over £45k off you and you have to crawl on your knees to beg them for your land after making payments. Sad. There legal team can't prove I was issued any notice etc and all evidence shows they only contacted me as I was 2 payments to completion. The so called land in Emerald has never been allocated to me. Is it right that this firm takes 30m land and replaces it with a refuse dumping site land? They should refund me my Boyes Town land of give me my 12m naira back – as of date (years on) – I neither have the land nor my money. I will never use them again and all my contacts I introduced to them have been warned. I also have 10 plots of land in their Ewekoro site – 6 years and counting they refuse to give me my allocation. Story after story. They have money to take me to court but I have the power of the internet. I will tell the world my story until they refund me and settle this issue. They are a very arrogant and proud firm. But I will discredit them until they wake up and know they stepped on the lions tail. I will fight this till i go to my grave. That's a promise.

  2. Pertinence are a deceitful and fraudulent organisation. Be careful. See my story below.

  3. So blessed by your teachings on wealth creation. You inspired me to invest in real estates when you come to Zambia years ago. You gave me the wisdom to invest in land and property and not in liabilities. Today am so glad I was obedient to the message you shared with us.Thank you so much.

  4. As you step into a new year of possibilities your first thing to do is run away and do not deal with this rogue firm. They cost me over £30000 / convert that to naira. Their staff still .y land and till date not a single apology. They have never given me 10 plus plots I purchased for 5 years. They stole a prime land from me and the replacement was a refuse dumping site. After years of wilderness they paid peanuts of 5m naira into my account like 2000 pounds last month. They are arrogant and fraudulent. Avoid them at all costs. Due to a sensitive role I have accepted I am unable to continue my online posts and attacks on them but I'll once in a while warn others to avoid these crooks. They refuse to pay us our money or even have the decency to apologies. God has started punishing them in 2024. TB Joshua has been exposed. So shall these guys. Their directors have relocated their families abroad but the same security guards, cleaners and staff remain in abject poverty. They preach properties and prosperous words for their pockets only whilst those around them are enslaved to bring in money based only on commission.
