As a small business owner in fitness, I was constantly overwhelmed by tasks hitting me from every direction – accounting, social media, product development, client calls. I''d start Monday with plans to launch our online coaching program, but I''d get sucked into "urgent" Instagram DMs and website bugs. By Friday I hadn''t made progress on strategic moves that would actually scale my business. I read the book "Seven Sacred Seeds in Chaos Gardens" and suddenly I could see clearly which tasks actually mattered and tackle them systematically. If I''d read this book three years ago, I''d probably be three times further ahead by now.

I dont even depend on my loved ones,nothing is guaranteed and once you accept that you won’t get disappointed
