  1. I would agree with you on the need for better stories. Movies like the lotr trilogy are fantastic, and though it’s filled with a bunch of fantasy, it does have a lot of Biblical themes. I wouldn’t say they are Christian movies, but they definitely are some of my favorites. I’m personally interested in filmmaking and I got to say this video did help out. I’d say all of us need to keep asking God to show us how to use the gifts He has given us. Though there’s a place for cheesy movies, I believe God has given us different ideas and visions for a reason. Keep up the good work Ryder!

  2. My two favorite Christian movies: The Case for Christ and Letters to God (both true stories of course, cuz what Christian movies isn’t it seems)

  3. Hi! I stumbled across one of your videos talking about this, and felt very liberated!!! (Thank you!!) You know how to put into words what I did not.

    But I'm a bit confused…doesn't the story revolve around the message?

    How does one seperate them, or write the story without the message in mind?
