And I am here because I believe; and He first loved ♥️ me; and I love ♥️ Him; and my faith is rested on His Word; and I give my praise and glory be to Both, YAHUWAH and YAHUSHUA, my ELOHIM!!
Miserable depiction of the lukewarm church, where the cool "youth pastor" puts more into appealing to the superficial preferences of teenagers than to edifying their souls, culminating in a child abandoned by its parents so the dad can go to university. Truly pathetic, hardly worthy of being called a "Christian" film.
I watched just the first 18 minutes and had to quit watching. It’s so hard to watch how this popular basketball star completely turned his back on his boyhood friend that literally saved his life and became crippled because of it. He’s so incredibly self-centered, and even worse, he doesn’t feel a bit of remorse. Who thinks I should keep watching this another day?
typical insecure women always using the sympathy card, grow the fuck up would you and sto acting like an entitled child. Thats what we men hate about women.
I wanted to see this movie for such a long time because of Steven Crowder. It's funny seeing him play a bully who hates Christians when in real life he's not only a devout Christian who kept his virginity until he got married. This movie got bad reviews from critics on Rotten Tomatoes but what do they know, they praised The Last Jedi.
This movie really open my eyes to what kids/teenagers have to go through everyday at schools. We dont know what they have to deal every day. Please be there for those who needs our help and also keep we must keep our eyes on our kids.God bless every one and I pray that God to protect our children.
This is honest to God one of the only Christian films I think is worth watching. Is it still caked with 2000's and church cheese? Absolutely. But underneath all of that there's a beating heart to the film that makes you feel something… The acting is a little corny but it's not afraid to go into deep subject matter. It's not afraid to be critical of Christians and the church at large. It's not afraid to have curse words or talk about sex. The protagonist is a much more honest depiction of someone following Christ than 90 percent of characters we see in Christian media. He feels fear, anger, regret, guilt, pride, shame, and everything in between even after coming to Christ. He still screws up big time but there is still something remarkably different about him despite those flaws. This is an underrated Christian film in my opinion. It manages to somehow be something much greater than the sum of it’s parts.
My mom was the makeup artist on this movie I was on set everyday with her and was even an extra in some scenes. It was made by my church New Song which is located in Oceanside CA. I was able to hangout with the cast and crew and everybody was extremely nice, it was a fun experience.
Love this movie, it made me cry though. His friend that died he should be very thankful that he was his friend after Roger did for him, risking his own life for jakes. I hope Jake felt ashamed and same with everyone else who picked on roger after he passed. And those bullies I hope feel very ashamed.
Disclaimer: lovely movie, but do not watch if you're triggered by self-harm or the topic of suicide. As good as it was, it made me feel weary the day after watching it & that's because of my past struggles with this. For all those that are not bothered by these things, please don't see this comment as hateful – I just wanted to make this disclaimer because this can trigger people that have not fully recovered. God bless whoever is reading this right now. Jesus is able to sustain you and carry you. Call out to Him, He is waiting with open arms.
Robert Bailey, Jr is one of my favorite actors. I found this movie by accident as I was searching for another movie. Once I saw it was spiritual, I figured what do I have to lose, so I am viewing this for the first time on Valentine's day in 2022. I also enjoyed reading the comments.
I wish he would've stayed 🥺🥺🥺🥺😭😭😭😭 and married Amy

I like the film. God sent his son to die on the cross for our sins and all we have to do is ask God to forgive us and to live for him.

Pretty good movie a lot of reality which made it worth watching
It's easy to watch a movie and feel something in the moment. The real test comes tomorrow when you see someone alone or in need. What will you do?
