There is a difference when you throw a man into the swelling river and then throw him a life jacket and you throwing a lije jacket to a drowning man. In the first instance you are excercising dominance and superiority over the man which you do when you teach and preach in the second uou are doing what a humsn being should do to another this is sharing the Gospel
Sister if you really want to preach jesus y don't you go and preach on the streets of north india where Christianity is minority.. preaching jesus to the same crowd every sunday doesn't make any changes.. please don't take jesus lightly and to satisfy your own pleasures don't use his name.. always remember the verse for pastors where Jesus says i never knew you.. how terrible it would be to hear those words from jesus.. please repent and if you really want to preach jesus please come here to north India which you all pastors wont do because you are scared.. what if all the 12 disciples of Jesus would have settled in Israel establishing churches only in israel without going to the corners of the earth? I think scripture is pretty clear here, that the context is general and not specific to this church here alone when you see the vs 13 &14 he speaks of the order of governance that is placed speaking of Adam which makes this command a general one valid for us today. Also Paul starts this letter by 1 Timothy 1:1 ESV
[1] Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by command of God our Savior and of Christ Jesus our hope. This shows that his apostolic command comes from God and on that basis he writes/charges Timothy.
