I write to respectfully bring to your notice the recurring glitches in transmission during services. This issue has become quite frequent, from the Thursday service through to Sunday services.
It was particularly frustrating yesterday, as I missed several vital parts of the sermon due to these interruptions.
Kindly, I believe the media team needs to up their game to ensure a more stable and seamless experience for online worshippers.
Now that we are at Conquerors Arena, it would be greatly appreciated if we could enjoy hitch free transmission during all services.
