I love watching gospel inspired movies because of the impact it sheds on lives. Back then when I didn't give my life to Christ it's the last thing I wanted to watch because it had no impact on my life, but looking back now it's a special item in my life because of it's inspiring effects and tutelage in my life. A good or true story well scripted is always a delight to me especially if has something to do with change and growth in Christ which has a lot to do with patience, perseverance, faith and victory in Jesus Christ. 🌷❤️
Traditions of men would always blame women automatically for what isn't her fault. Sharon's husband knew well & good that she had nothing to do with the infertility issue yet kept quiet at his mother's nasty accusations and even the so-called tortue metted on her in the name of deliverance. Number one issue is the silent genocide of men by these traditions where women automatically take the blame. We are enabling men to automatically hide behind women yet wanting to lay claim to their so-called ego & male pride. May we step out of traditions into the light. The light in this case is defending his wife and owning up to both his mom and his wife so that a solution can be divinely given. Such men never listen to their wives or see them as partners to share family decisions; alas, the scam. Such men are products of the silent genocide ongoing as a vicious cycle. Boys are raised without a sense of responsibility and only expected to prove their manhood at the point of procreation. Boys are told- "you are now a man" at their wedding or when they impregnate a woman. Girls hear: "you are now a woman" at the sight of their first menstrual period (this generation start as early as 7/8years) so a girl grows up with a sense of responsibility installed since her teen years. Meanwhile, boys are permitted to sow wild oats and girls are forced to stay chaste for a future husband licensed by society to be promiscuous. We need to do better as Christians and raise men, literally rescuing them from the well-crafted silent genocide, targeting their priesthood, kingship and Prophetic oversight of a kingdom home. Save the boys from drowning in the Nile. We need men like Moses raised by God to save generations, not truants, hiding behind women's skirts like Sharon's husband. Number 2 issue is have we so learned Christ that it is whipping people physically that sets them free from demonic bondage. My Bible says that at the mention of the highest name-JESUS, every knees bow (evil spirits most especially). Jesus never whipped demon possesed individuals, only merchants in the temple. Every pastor trading with destinies will face the Shepherd and Overseer if the church soonest. By the way, Sharon wasn't demon possesed. A weak man was hiding behind her skirts, enabled by a mother who was trained by society to be the one at fault and not a precious son who is main cause of all the problems: infertility, financial loss, loss of jobs etc… Sharon left her job due to the diabolic boss who wanted to have an affair with her. She wasn't sacked like her husband who is not walking in his priesthood. How can you be a Christian, a man supposed to lead the homr spiritually and you cannot hear from God to give you divine insight and reveal your enemy at work? You would rather your wife is beaten to a stupor to cure your infertility. God, help us raise a new generation of men who walk with you as men of integrity and spiritual sight. We reject the genocide of our husbands from childhood by traditional wiring which automatically blames women even when the man is at fault, amen. Mama Seyi, this story is a deep revelation and may God use it to deliver our husbands, fathers, sons from abdicating their God-given positions in the home: they take responsibility and provide solutions in concert with their wives as recognized help meets, amen.
