Then that would mean no Joker (RIP Heath Ledger) in this Batman Universe unfortunately. Would be injustice if they cast a new Joker in the Dark Knight Universe.
No, I had always assumed that one of the reasons they wanted an older Batman, even with a young new superman was because they had been hoping to continue with Christian Bale, but that he didn’t wanna do it.
If Jensen Ackles was a few years younger he would be perfect as Red Hood. I get goosebumps whenever I hear his voice acting for Jason, it was fantastic. As for him being Batman himself as some suggest… I don't think he's a great fit. But who knows, Pattinson, for example, surprised a lot with his performance. BUT I'm still team Bale, his trilogy was wonderful!
So are we just gonna retcon the ending of the dark knight rises? So I’m just so confused right now also I think that the Robert Pattinson universe might get a Robin probably the Dick Grayson version and in “The Batman Chapter Two” and by the end of that movie a few years could pass in movie time and then Dick becomes Nightwing and then chapter 3 could have Jason Todd Robing for atleast and hour and then he “dies” and it could maybe have a Tim Drake robing and then it’s like a mystery of the red hood like Batman and Robin trying to figure out who he is so 1 Robing in the second Batman movie and then in the third Batman movie 2 robins and night wing should be in the 3rd one
Christian Bale, bring him on. It's between him and Michael Keaton, and MK I think may be busy w Sony for Spider-man films. Would be awkward for CB to return to MCU for another character. I don't like how they did him on Thor 4 either. If CB is back, is Joseph Gordon-Levitt coming back, a robin? CB's version is the only one that mentioned Ras or Talia btw.
I really hope they do not bring a previous batman. Regardless of who it is. This is a fictional universe, older Batman's need not apply. It doesn't in the Grant Morrison run that introduces Damien. If you read that run, Batman seems to be early to mid 30's. No need to re-invent the wheel.
but if jgl takes up the mantle at the end of bale's run, then could it also not be him in the role even though he never actually wore the cowel on screen?

I think u forgot about Jensen Ackles who played Batman in many animated movies. He's 44 years old and in great shape (xD) . I wish he will be that version of Batman !
