Love is God. The movie shows how hard things are and how the family sticks together for love to a brother with a disorder illness. Sometimes, we need to stay away from comfort zone to get to better align to the self, which doesn't mean that they sent their son away, but for him to get better. I like the SPEECH 1:18:05 👌🏾😊
This is a good movie, it shows both side when you have have ill child. I have seen this all my life to the point the where the child never got the help they needed. It's so sad and so hard on both side😢😢😢😢 I have a daughter who has bi color, there is good days and bad days but has never been put on medication why I don't know, but with a grown up child as a parent or doctor they can't make them take it.
Children of Special Education Needs (SEN) vary differently. For their utmost benefits, SEN children of the same kind should be taken care of in Special Education Schools accordingly. Most parents just don't understand thinking that their children might be labeled. Thus, many children's life are ruined. So glad that Spencer family has overcome that.
It’s so sad that it’s 6 figures to get your child the best help in this country. We spend millions for football games. We waste millions on making politicians rick but we can’t get our kids the "best" help unless we are rich. 🙏🏽 for the parents and family members who go through this along with the child 🙏🏽❤️
Excellent movie actually it brought memories as I raised my son bipolar as well…From doctors to counselors to school leadership deans etc, would just say it’s teenager syndrome…Even when I told them all on his Father’s side has 3 diagnose with Schizophrenia…We need to still give movies like this out more now…Thank you again
Wow, superb movie. Although not classified as a Christian movie, I watched it, and was glad that it was really touching, and left me almost teary eyed several times. The power of Love, Patience, Family, Forgiveness, Unity, was on full display. I particularly liked James' role in reforming and healing Tim. Also had not known the full effects of bipoal disorder, until I watched this movie. Nice.😊
This movie brings up a lot of memories of my twin sister. She went through anxiety and depression when she was little. My parents took her to therapists and different doctors but no one could figure it out. She would worry for no reason and get sad for no reason. We finally found a Physchiatrist that got her on the right medication which really helped. We also discovered that her hormones were messed up. She is also on the autism spectrum. She is doing much better now
My first thought was Pediatric Neurologist. Even so, it might not have fixed his brain. Daniel Amen Clinics do the best assessments. Standard diagnoses not usually helpful. *The thought that 55% of US families deal w/ similar every day is heartbreaking. That it's been done purposefully to destroy Western Culture is beyond human comprehension. Families & marriages suffer while those afflicted continue to deteriorate. Unacceptable on every front. Truly hope things will change for the better very soon. Watching it almost as bad as living it.
We as parents have a problem with our young ones through out our nation and the nations we must do our best for our young ones I've been there I stuffed up for 22 years Mt parents tried their best for me I'm thankful for them they never gave up on me I found the lord in 1982 he has turned my life around he is true to his word I am thankful for that Graham O'neill ps I love the movie just remember the lord is near to the broken hearted
Thank you for this well documented movie. I have 2 sons with mental problems. Getting them to adulthood was so difficult but so worth all the sacrifices.

Cookie cutter ending. Not impressed

Its so sad how the mother's love for Tim blinded her to how his out bursts affected his little brother.
