What can be said about Guys Penrod, nothing else but "Thanks for that blessed voice" given over 3 decades. I'll ever be grateful for His voice, a gift given by God. Even though he step down from performing, his voice will ever resound in the world of gospel songs. His decision in leaving the stages and dedicating to family Is merited. God bless you Guy. Guy, you may be retiring, I don't know, but your music is not done. There are many generations ahead who will find your music and enjoy it just as much as the current audiences have. I'm 62 myself. I've enjoyed your voice, your music for many, many years. I'm not done enjoying it. You're leaving music at a time in your life when you can still enjoy your family.
