I had no direction, was depressed ๐, broken because I lost everything and was at the verge of losing my life. 1:09:00 I realized the other day while reading Genesis that Abraham's wealth was through the gifts of Abimilech, it makes me wonder if he had 'known' Sarah for his wife, I couldn't clearly discernโฆ and you are the first preacher I've heard to address Abimelech's connection to Abraham's wealth
I also wonder about BathSheba, If the math I did in my head in my earlier years of studying scripture was correct- she was around 18years old, King David was around 40. Uriah was one of David's men so he (David) and Bathsheba had likely crossed paths prior. I wonder if an attraction had brewed between them? Could BathSheba not have said "no" or plead with King David when he sent for her? Was it consentual ?
I've also wondered about what exactly transpired between Solomon and Sheba in 1Kings10:13a, since there are extrabiblical reports that she went back to her country pregnant- but I believe Holy Spirit may have politely told me that I was minding the wrong business when it came to that one๐
