  1. I am visually impaired and I’m very happy that I’ve been seeing comments that say they didn’t modernize this movie. It honestly wouldn’t feel the same to me if it was modernized. I used to read this book a lot when I was little so I’m excited to see how the movie turns out!

  2. Why is the comma missing before God? Even the book title is incorrect. It should be, "Are you there, God?" See? There's a comma supposed to be there. How does this get past the proofreader?

  3. Jesus christ is returning soon thus I bring good news the gospel.
Jesus christ came in flesh and was crucified for our sins and raised by the father. If you believe this repent of your sins to Jesus christ call out to him with a sincere heart and ask him to forgive you and you can do this in a quite room then you are saved.

God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.

  4. I remember reading the book in high school when I was a teenager and have been a Judy Blume fan ever since. I still have most of her books that are still in good condition as I don't handle them much and have them stored in a plastic case along with other books I own. The movie looks amazing and am really excited to see it and even MORE excited because Lionsgate is one of my favourite movie companies and I love and enjoy watching 95% of the movies they release.📕🎞♥👍

  5. I was in junior high in the early 70s when I read this book and it was so great to read something that resonated with my life. The soundtrack alone is going to make me cry, remembering this time period (no pun intended), and how mad I was at my mother when they did the menstruation teaching in school because it seemed like I was the only girl in the room who did not already know what they were talking about, lol. The casting looks great. Can't wait to see it. This movie is a long time coming and relieved that they kept it 70s.
