You know a tree by it’s fruit and the man of God Apostle Joshua Selman’s fruit is the continued testimonies of countless people that are telling you how his ministry has impacted their lives for the good. If you watch and listen to his sermons you can quickly see his genuine humility and compassion. God may be showing you mercy right now but you should not continue to accuse this man of God. Satan is the accuser of the brethren if you continue to accuse then it would seem to be in agreement with the enemy the accuser of the brethren. A prayer breakfast is a prayer meeting where a meal is being served and that meal comes at a cost and people who wish to attend are asked to pay for their meal. Yes some may consider that wrong but it’s the same as going to a restaurant to eat a meal and pay for your own food. If there is a profit being made that is between God and the host of the meeting also it could be a fundraiser to help raise funds for a godly cause for all we know just saying.
What I know from listening to many Men and Women of God is that most of them have something wrong in their doctrines. Every Christian should have the discerning Spirit to know when to obey and when not to obey a man of God. Some of them make genuine mistakes without knowing. Some of them have wrong understanding or application of scripture, some of them are just motivated by money. It does not always mean that they are fake when they do things that are not backed by scripture or when they sin. Every Christian should read the Bible cover to cover several times. ( I read the Bible every year cover to cover and also pick and read other scriptures). What I do is take what a man or woman of God does well and run with it ignoring the areas I believe are not scriptural. For examples, I pray with Pastor Jerry Eze but I don’t ‘return to senders’ because I believe that vengeance is for The Lord. Rather I cover all my enemies with the blood of Jesus. Also I don’t agree with Pastor Jerry when he says ‘ with your seed in your hard mention what you want God to do for you’. I don’t believe this is right. We don’t buy favours from God. He gives His gifts freely. In spite of these. I love to pray with Pastor Jerry. Pastor Jerry has thought me many vocabularies for prayers and the application of scripture in prayers. His gift of word of knowledge is phenomenal. I wish someone could bring my post to his attention. We must not cease from praying for the men and women of God so that The Holy Spirit will take charge of them.
