Abraham didn't have the Holy Ghost and the work of salvation done by Jesus Christ on the cross. Jesus said to His disciples that the least in the kingdom of God is greater than John the Baptist who preached about the assignment of Jesus Christ on earth. He wasn't wrong to say that. Then when Moses appeared on the scene God after introducing Himself after these Covenant fathers, He gave Moses another name of Himself that Abraham did not Know. I AM, then He said he is Jehovah. God went ahead to say Moses is that prophet the only prophet he spoke to face to face..all the others were through encounters..Moses can say I know God more than Abraham..then now when it comes to us the new creation believers..the protocol that it takes to become a friend and a son of God have been outlined..the scriptures have pointed out the dealings of God on several other people many documentaries were captured about God. Even Jesus never agreed with a pharisee that called Him "good master". Some things are not necessary to say, that's is my take on this.
