You will know a true believer when you see one: You will know them by their fruits; true believers will do just as Jesus has done. God gave Jesus all power in heaven and earth (Matthew 28:18), but in Luke 10:19 Jesus gave us power over the enemy. Jesus said āBehold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.ā Poisons, witchcraft, and nothing of satan can hurt those who are truly with God, because God the Father and Jesus both live in them (John 14:23).
We are to do all the things Jesus did: heal the sick, cast out devils, raise the dead, cure diseases, etc (Matthew 10:8). Those of God will use the giftāthe lightāthat God has given to Jesus to give to us: the Fatherās power and spirit (John 17:6-11).
