In discipline believers to become witnesses, three steps to go through:
1. Salvation (receiving gift of forgiveness, righteousness and Life of God). 2. Transformation: subject to the ministry of the Holy Spirit, Word &Prayer and a teaching priest to become like Christ in experience. 3. Empowerment: this is the third level that brings life and power to witness.
