  3. Notes: APOSTLE AROME OSAYI | KINGDOM CAMP SUNDAY SERVICE | KFT CHURCH | MARYLAND, USA | 26TH JAN.2025
    1. Introduction

    Central Theme:
The sermon focuses on the need for labourers in God’s kingdom to fulfil the end-time mandate of global harvest. It emphasises spiritual capacity building, alignment with divine purpose, and the significance of being equipped for deployment in advancing the kingdom of God.

    Context:
This message was delivered during a camp meeting, a gathering aimed at equipping believers for spiritual responsibility. Apostle Arome Osayi highlighted the urgency of raising labourers who can withstand spiritual opposition and extend the frontiers of God’s kingdom.

    Foundational Scriptures:

Luke 10:1-2 (Deployment of the seventy labourers).

Luke 9:1-2 (Empowerment of the twelve with power and authority).

Matthew 10:5-15 (Marching orders for the twelve).

Romans 5:10 (Legal and living aspects of salvation).

Psalm 110:1-3 (The rod of strength sent out of Zion).

    2. Main Teachings

    A. The Call for Labourers

Scripture: Luke 10:2 – "The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few."

Explanation: Jesus prioritised sending capacity over sitting capacity. Labourers are those who have been spiritually fortified to undertake kingdom assignments and bring God’s reign to earth.

Key Insight: Labour requires spiritual gym training, as only those with capacity can be entrusted with divine assignments.

    B. Deployment by Jesus

Scripture: Luke 9:1-2; Luke 10:1-2 – Empowerment and deployment of disciples.

    Key Points:

Jesus gave His disciples power and authority over all devils and diseases.

The progression from sending twelve to seventy demonstrates growth, but the labourers remain few compared to the vast harvest.

Labourers are distinct from mere attendees; they are spiritually trained to carry additional burdens and responsibilities.

    C. Characteristics of Labourers

Labourers are committed to prayer, intercession, and spiritual warfare (Matthew 10:16-20).

They have internal capacity to carry both personal and kingdom burdens (Luke 10:19).

They understand the need for intentional labour to mine the depths of God’s Spirit (Psalm 110:2-3).

    D. Spiritual Authority and Power

Scripture: Luke 10:19 – "Behold, I give you power to tread on serpents and scorpions…"

Jesus equips His labourers with power over satanic forces, symbolised by serpents (divination), scorpions (witchcraft), and other spiritual oppositions.

This authority enables believers to break satanic strongholds and advance the kingdom.

    E. The Ultimate Goal: Kingdom Manifestation

Scripture: Matthew 10:7-8 – "Preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.' Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils."

Salvation is the entry point, but the ultimate goal is submission to the reign of heaven.

True kingdom labour results in visible manifestations of God’s power and glory.

    3. Illustrations and Examples

    A. The Analogy of Weightlifters

Labourers are likened to spiritual weightlifters who have built capacity through rigorous spiritual discipline.

Example: Apostle Arome’s account of failing to lead prayers in a congregation due to the lack of spiritual gym training among attendees.

    B. Story of a Cosmetic Ministry

Apostle Arome described a ministry that prioritised appearance and performance over labour, highlighting the futility of ministry without spiritual substance.

Key Lesson: True ministry is rooted in labour, not external displays.

    C. Testimony of Intercessory Power

Apostle Arome shared how intercessors within his ministry engage in dry fasting and prayer, resulting in supernatural breakthroughs and kingdom advancement.

    5. Practical Applications

    Cultivate Spiritual Capacity:

Dedicate time to prayer and fasting.

Engage in regular Bible study and meditation on scriptures.

    Prioritise Kingdom Goals:

Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33).

Let kingdom assignments take precedence over personal ambitions.

    Operate in Authority:

Exercise faith and boldness when confronting spiritual challenges.

Depend on the Holy Spirit for guidance and power.

    Labour in Intercession:

Stand in the gap for territories, families, and nations.

Partner with others in prayer to dislodge spiritual wickedness.

    Maintain a Kingdom Mindset:

Preach the gospel of the kingdom wherever you go.

Let your lifestyle reflect submission to the reign of heaven.

    6. Key Takeaways

Labourers are essential for the end-time harvest; the harvest is plentiful, but the labourers are few.

True spiritual authority comes from being equipped by Jesus with power over all forms of darkness.

Kingdom labour involves intentionality, discipline, and a heart yielded to God’s will.

Persecution is a hallmark of authentic labour; it signifies divine approval.

The ultimate goal is to manifest God’s kingdom on earth, bringing His reign into every sphere of life.

    7. Conclusion

Apostle Arome Osayi’s sermon is a clarion call for believers to rise as labourers in the Lord’s vineyard. This message challenges us to move beyond passive Christianity to active participation in advancing the kingdom. By embracing the mandate, we align ourselves with God’s eternal purpose and become vessels of His power and glory. As labourers, we are sent out with the assurance of divine backing and the promise of kingdom impact.

  4. I am watching this again after having the privilege to be in the encounter this morning. My heart is still burning…this is a new fire….a strange fire…for the Kingdom and glory of my Lord! I'm eternally grateful to have been granted the opportunity to receive this Kingdom deployment. This is the GREAT awakening, of our generation! To God be all the glory.πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

  5. Praise the Name of Jesus. Apostle I have one recommendation regarding your Youtube Channel. The sermons posted are EXTREMELY useful to help a believer grow. However, I suggest that all sermons be named according to the title/theme of message preached on a particular sermon. Currently there are many posts which are titled with "the name of event" instead of being titled with the name of "theme/title of message preached". I believe renaming all videos to reflect the title/theme of the message will enable believers to easily know the focus of each sermon posted. (note: there are some videos which have been titled to reflect the theme/message preached and this is OKAY, but here I am talking of those video posts which are titled with the event instead of being titled with the theme/message preached).

God bless you Apostle Arome Osayi.

May the good Lord continue to use you.

Thank you for devoting yourself to serve the Lord!

I am a Believer of Jesus Christ.

I am currently studying in China and I am from Tanzania

  6. But these days we have fake apostles so what do we do. Everyone is running a church and they are apostles. They don’t want to be pastors. Just like they are so many prophets. So we have apostle suffocating ministers.
