  1. I live in the ghetto and I do s*** like this pretty much on a regular basis. Nothing terrifies a thug more than facing someone who is genuinely not afraid. It's not about being Joe tough guy. There truly is power in love, benevolence within the spirit.

    Yes people things like this really do happen in real life, but you can't be scared and you have to be at peace within yourself. What religion you practice is irrelevant. I am a pagan and I'm telling you these things are possible, these things really happen.
    I served in the US Army and I also serve time in prison. I can punch Steel and concrete full force without injuring my hands, practicing martial arts since 1973. I can easily wreck somebody but don't abuse that gift, it exists to protect the people not for personal gratification. I Did things like this in prison as well. Can't explain how to do it because it's not me, there is a spirit that lives in all things, and that is our creator.
