I was always rejected by my family. My parents used to call me a witch, even though I always tried to do what was right. But one day, while I was crying in bed, the Lord Jesus appeared to me. He invited me, promised to change my life, and I accepted His invitation.
After that came the prayers, the fasts, and the passion for worship. Yahweh revealed His Son to me in truth, and my life changed. Suddenly, my parents became loving toward me, and everything got better. I began to try to please them, but God taught me β in the hardest way β that I didnβt have to try to please them, but rather to honor and respect them.
Today, we live in this new phase, but they still canβt stand my spiritual decisions. Even so, I strive to respect and honor them β never to seek their approval. My greatest goal now is to draw closer to Yahweh, because He loves me and accepts me.
To the world, I may be worthless, but to Him, I am His beloved daughter. I no longer care if my parents or relatives abandon me β my God loves me, and I love Him too.
I am so inspired by what God has done. My faith is stirred up. With God all things are possible, God of all possibilities. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. God knows me by name and provides for all my needs.
