This is false teaching. Tithing stopped once Jesus died. Read the book of acts it says Barnabas was a Levite yet instead of collecting tithe he sold his property and brought it to the apostles.

My simple question is: how hard is it to preach that, indeed, we are not commanded to pay Tithe as Christians but God's desire is that we give generously. The Apostles gave GENEROUSLY to one another and to the gathering (church). Why can't this be?

I'm confused…. Is tithes only agricultural or? Did the fishermen, blacksmiths, carpenters etc. other than agriculture paid tithe? Are agriculture products grown outside the holyland allowed to tithe?

It is the heart that is giving that matters.
The answer is no. We live under grace, so you should be giving generously. That means we all should be giving more than 10%. 🙏🏽🙌🏽

Tithing is for the Jews. If you pay tithe as a Christian, make sure you obey the other 600 and something laws.
