It was his ministry that first broke much of the denominational differences that led to unification of America. Add Edwards and Frelinghausen and you have the trifecta who set the stage for revolution decades later.
This movie appears to have a great potential to capture the inspiration of the founding of America in its Declaration of Independence. The Great awakening as the beginning of the age of the church of Philadelphia – America's first capitol; also alluded to in Revelation chapter 3.

Saw this Trailer at the David movie. Whitefield was an earthshaking evangelist!! Really hope Benjamin Franklin is in Heaven too.
